This page governs your use of Sovereign Space (sovereignspace.org) and all tools, frameworks, instruments, and outputs produced by or hosted on this platform, including but not limited to the GICD Monitor (KIG-001), the Canary Validator (KIG-002), and the Remediation Engine (KIG-003). By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

Section 01No Professional Advice

The GICD framework, its scoring methodology, pillar assessments, cascade states, remediation protocols, evidence chains, and all associated outputs are diagnostic instruments designed for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not a substitute for qualified legal counsel, licensed compliance professionals, certified auditors, or any other professional advisor.

No output from any tool on this platform should be interpreted as a certification of compliance, a guarantee of legal defensibility, or confirmation that any organization meets any regulatory standard. If you require legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Section 02No Reliance

You acknowledge and agree that no business, legal, financial, transactional, or operational decision should be made in reliance solely on the outputs of any tool on this platform.

Governance Integrity Scores (GIS), pillar scores, cascade state classifications, remediation recommendations, admissibility gate assessments, canary threshold alerts, evidence chain reports, and all other outputs are analytical indicators — not directives. They reflect a diagnostic model applied to user-supplied inputs and are only as accurate as the data entered.

Section 03Accuracy & Limitations

King Insights Group makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any tool, framework, methodology, score, recommendation, or output on this platform.

The GICD framework is a proprietary behavioral diagnostic methodology. It is calibrated against historical case patterns and is designed to identify structural governance conditions. However:

The framework does not guarantee detection of all governance risks, compliance failures, or institutional vulnerabilities. Scores and outputs are model-derived and depend entirely on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of user-supplied data. Past case alignment does not guarantee predictive accuracy in future scenarios. Remediation protocols are structural recommendations, not implementation guarantees. The Canary Validator provides cryptographic evidence of data state at a point in time — it does not independently verify the truthfulness of the underlying data entered by the user.

Section 04Limitation of Liability

In no event shall King Insights Group, its founder, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any tool, framework, output, or content on this platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, litigation costs, regulatory penalties, or any other commercial or economic loss — even if King Insights Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use.

Section 05Intellectual Property

The GICD framework — including but not limited to its six-pillar structure (Retaliation Intensity, Fear Dispersion, Communications Opacity, Leadership Behavioral Shift, Vendor-Chain Accountability Risk, Policy-Practice Variance), the Governance Integrity Score formula, the Degradation Cascade model, all sector manuals, all remediation protocols, all scoring methodologies, the Canary Validator evidence chain architecture, and all associated terminology, naming conventions, and visual design — is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of King Insights Group and Samantha King.

Unauthorized use of any intellectual property described herein may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorney fees.

Section 06User Data & Privacy

All tools on this platform operate entirely client-side. No user data, pillar scores, organizational information, evidence chain contents, report data, or any other input is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on any server operated by King Insights Group.

You are solely responsible for the security, storage, and handling of any data you enter into these tools, any evidence chains you generate, and any reports you export. King Insights Group has no access to your data and cannot recover lost files, evidence chains, or reports.

If you submit an evidence chain to outside counsel or any third party, you are responsible for ensuring that transmission complies with applicable data protection, confidentiality, and privilege requirements in your jurisdiction.

Section 07Evidence Chain & Canary Validator Disclaimer

The Canary Validator (KIG-002) produces SHA-256 cryptographic hash chains designed to create a tamper-evident record of governance data at specific points in time. This does not constitute legal proof, certified evidence, or admissible documentation in any jurisdiction unless independently determined to be so by qualified legal counsel and the relevant court or authority.

The Canary Validator verifies data integrity — it confirms that data has not been altered since it was hashed. It does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of the data entered by the user. A cryptographically valid evidence chain proves consistency, not veracity.

King Insights Group makes no representation that any evidence chain, hash, report, or output from the Canary Validator will be accepted as evidence in any legal proceeding, regulatory inquiry, arbitration, or dispute resolution process. Admissibility is determined by applicable rules of evidence, jurisdiction, and judicial discretion.

Section 08Assumption of Risk

By using any tool on this platform, you expressly acknowledge that you understand the inherent limitations of diagnostic modeling and accept all risk associated with your use of the platform and its outputs. You agree that King Insights Group shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from decisions made based on, influenced by, or associated with the outputs of any tool on this platform.

Section 09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless King Insights Group, Samantha King, and all affiliated individuals and entities from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your reliance on any output, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Section 10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Section 11Modification of Terms

King Insights Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Section 12Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
